Power & Battery Calculations

Standby and alarm load per node, with the supplies and batteries each one needs. Alarm minutes are a property of the project: a voice system is 15 minutes at every supply group, whether or not that group holds an amplifier. The Amplifiers column says which ones do.

You don’t need one: type # Addressable devices under Setup → Equipment & Labor instead. Programming, placement, inspection and AHJ time are all still calculated — inspection just falls back to a blanket 5 min per device rather than the per-type rates, and the estimate carries a note saying so.

Nothing is blocked either way. A card below the minimum the 4-CU supports is flagged, never replaced automatically; with Reuse existing panel parts ticked, the cards that do clear drop out of the BOM.

One line per card, in the order the LRM report lists them, so the checklist walks the panel the way you do. Power supplies are assumed to be 3-PPS/M; use the dropdown to switch a row to 3-BPS/M or to a 4-PPS/M that has already been fitted. With Reuse existing panel parts ticked, every card that meets its minimum drops out of the BOM.

Power supplies go as a set. Where any supply on a node reads below its minimum, every supply on that node is quoted as a 4-PPS/M — a node is not left running a mix of supply revisions. An already-fitted 4-PPS/M that met its own minimum is marked node replaced rather than reusable, and the Issues list says which node and why.

Sales Documents

One document for the customer and one for the shop, plus the master sheet you can edit and re-import. They are not the same book: the customer proposal carries no reuse and no verification state, and the internal workbook carries both because that is what it is for.

Labor Summary

Every node (panel or annunciator) bills the per-cabinet rate. Annunciators add backbox hours on top. Programming = devices × min/device ÷ 60 × (1 + difficulty%), rounded up.

Exports the master CWL “Equipment by EST3 Node” page — same rows, sections, part numbers and column layout. Add anything the LRM can’t show you (remote mics, brackets, Fireworks) then re-import.
